All our wines are bottled using screw cap, our preferred closure. This is because the screw cap is free from taint, is a more reliable seal, and considered superior for maturation in bottle.

2013 PINOT GRIS

The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and the juice underwent an indigenous yeast ferment and maturation on lees, in seasoned French oak barriques. Bottling occurred in December 2013. It is a finely scented wine, supple and generous with good depth of golden colour. It is rich and luscious in a medium style with a long smooth finish and ripe fruit flavours. A wine to be enjoyed now or for cellaring over the next 4-5 years.

Match with:

Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine.
